4. Payment Terms

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final deliverables. However, Nebula Digital retains the right to use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials. We reserve all rights to any pre-existing materials, code frameworks, and tools used in the project.

6. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

7. Project Timeline

We will provide estimated timelines for project completion. Timelines are dependent on timely client feedback and material provision. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner. However, we do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings or sales increases. Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nebula Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to that point.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
