Refund Policy

1. Deposit and Initial Payments

Initial deposits paid to begin a project are non-refundable. These deposits secure your project slot and cover initial planning, research, and resource allocation.

2. Project Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a project:

  • You must provide written notice of cancellation
  • You will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Any deposits are non-refundable
  • Completed work will be delivered upon payment of outstanding balance

3. Service Satisfaction

We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with our work, we will:

  • Work with you to address your concerns
  • Make reasonable revisions within the agreed scope
  • Provide alternative solutions when possible

Refunds for completed work are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion.

4. Subscription Services

For ongoing maintenance or subscription services:

  • Services are billed monthly or annually as agreed
  • You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice
  • Partial month refunds are not provided
  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days

5. Disputed Charges

If you dispute a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We will work with you to resolve any billing issues promptly and fairly.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

7. Exceptions

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Work that has been completed and approved by the client
  • Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, stock images, etc.)
  • Projects where the client failed to provide required materials or feedback
  • Change of mind after project completion

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or technical failures.
